The famous tree-top walk of 1300 m length is also easily accessible.
The local mountains “Rachel” and “Lusen” are close-by destinations for hikers.
During the summertime you can enjoy the sunshine at the bathing lake in Neuschönau. In the winter, the Bavarian Forest offers many ways to spend your free time, for instance curling, showshoeing, cross-country skiing and taking horse sleigh rides in a picturesque landscape.
